What are some good arguing points in a debate against religion?

I've recently turned atheist and need some tips for arguments when debating with believers. The only reason why I'd argue with believers is if they try to convert me. I don't care how they live they're life, I just want defensive points. So any help would be great. Thanks ! :)

There is ABSOLUTELY NO credible, tangible, verifiable, concrete, or irrefutable evidence of any 'god'. Now, tell your friends to prove otherwise, using real facts and data, not inference. Remember, once they say, "goddidit," they are totally out of ammo.

you shouldn't be against religion, if people feel comfortable with the way they are spirally than can't you just leave them be like that??

and isn't atheism a religion in its self????

i mean its a bunch of you who all believe the same thing and all like to talk about it and be boring, isn't that what a religion is?

i mean you all just need to open your minds a bit...

i just feel sorry for you that you haven't fond jesus, Buddha or abba or any other creator that can make you feel happy...

i feel sorry for you

and they only people you try and convert people by knocking on doors and being annoying are Jehovah's Witnesses

and they re wrote the bible any way...

the fact is there was a man called jesus (fact!) and if people are still talking about him today than he must be a pretty special man...
