What are some good Anime shows, similar to the ones on this list?

Some of my favorite Animes:

-Trigun
-Avatar: The Last Airbender
-Code Geass
-Darker than Black
-Cowboy Bebop
-Eureka Seven
-Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
-Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann
-Samurai Champloo
-Soul Eater

So far, these are the recommendations I've received from friends:

-Pandora Hearts
-D.Gray-man
-Shaman King

Are there any others you would recommend?

@Ricardo: I actually have Kaze no Stigma and haven't seen it yet, I got it when I finished Shakugan no Shana, loved it, and my friend told me to check it out. and I've seen the first episode of High School of the Dead and it's pretty good, I intend to wait and watch it all at once.

@Robin: I subscribed to your page, it seems like you have good taste. Angel Beats looks really interesting, although it's only 13 episodes... I'll try it out though.

@Mimchy: I've seen Spice and Wolf, I can't beleive I forgot to add it to the list, it's a great show. I've also seen Tora Dora, which I was fairly inpressed with as well. I'll check out Karas, Vampire Knights, and Wolf Rain.
