what are some fun/amusing things to keep in your car?

i'm putting together an "emergency" kit for my friends 16th birthday and i want some ideas for funny/fun/entertaining things to put in a car...

i have:
bubbles, take out menu, altoids, lip gloss, blanket, nail clippers, duct tape, flashlights, air freshener, cd/case, frisbee, sunglasses, anti-bacterial stuff, pen&paper, pancho/umbrella, glowsticks, scissors, bank w/ quarters, steering wheel cover

ANY SUGGESTIONS would be nice!
