What are some foods that don't need to be cooked,heated,or cooled?

I'm going on a coast to coast road trip with some friends before spring break, none of us like junk food so the idea of eating pop tarts and peanut butter sandwiches for a week doesn't sound very good. We need food that can be kept in a car safely and doesn't need to be cooked and that doesn't need to be kept hot or cooled.
