What are some foods so to eat and exercises to lose weight and get weight?

Hello, im a 15 year old and i want to get fit, i want to lose around 10 pounds (i don't care how long it takes, as long as its by my junior year. I want to lose the most weight in my legs but i kind of want to keep my butt (maybe loses a couple inches of it). I have been losing inches lately but i noticed my weight hasn't changed which doesn't make any sense, clothes i used to wear are too big to wear without a belt. So what are some foods and excerises that will help me loses weight ( i dont care how bad it tastes i will eat it).
