What are some famous people that have written or debated about the existence of God?

I am working on a school essay about it, and wanted to include some additional people. Not necessarily who invented the arguments, but people that were interested in writing or arguing about it.

So far, I am looking into Bertrand Russell, Hume, Pascal, C.S. Lewis, and Leibniz. Any others people can think of? Theologians?
