what are some extra things that i can do to maximize my goldfish, and koi growth

rates, and health? like i have an aerator, an over sized filter, i do weekly, or every 2 weeks water changes, i feed them a varied diet of flakes, brine shrimp, and blood worms, i have a good night day cycle, i feed them 3 times a day only what they can eat in 2 minutes, a large uncrowded tank/ pond and finally i have the water temp set to{what most sites claim to be the best temp for maximized growth} 27 degrees celsius....

am i missing anything?, what else can i do for them that i have not already done?
 
How many gallons do these fish live in and how many?

Having the proper sized environment for Koi and Goldfish is a great place to start for optimum growth and health.
