What are some exercising routines for teenagers(14)?

I'm pretty skinny and I need to gain muscles for more weight on myself. I didn't sign up for gym this year at school, so I pretty much lost my muscles in my arms and legs. The worst part, my butt is sagging more!! And I need some exercising routines to do.

It'll be helpful if you list how many times I should do it a week and how long or many times.

I do go on youtube for exercising routines, but I'm tired of searching up the videos and letting it load up.

Oh ya how much should a 14 year old drink water every day?
