It seems when I work out a lot I just get flatter, and stay wide..it looks bad in clothing because I look super wide even though it's flat.
my measurements are 36 ish, 31, 41. I'm 5'7" and weigh 158 pounds. (I am currently still losing weight, I need to be like 137). I dont know what shape. either hourglass or pear. but my chest isn't big and my upper body isn't narrow either, so it's not really the classic pear. I gain it everywhere.
Like I said, i have a very strong core and my stomach is basically flat but it's just wide! From the back I look so much bigger than I should for how hard I'm working! :[
