ive done team push upss, log sit ups, team sit ups, vpull ups, sprints, hell miles, running with rocks above heads, desert runs, long swims, swim sprints, about 100 different forms ofpush ups, and bicycles (ab workouts not actually riding one), flutters, leg throws, combo sit upp and leg throwat same time), dive bombers, punching (knucklepush upss clap and punch deck-ground)push ups, long runs, crawls, russian twists with random big rocks, football style exercises, team runs with giant boats on our heads, mud runs, water runs (run soaking wet), water pushups, puke runs (run till you puke) stair runs (16foot local building lets us go), hccs (honor courage commitments, squats with big rocks), crawls in sand pits that make your arms bleed, cherry pickers, frankensteins, sungods, frontbackgos (pushups, flutters, high knees), high knees,jumps, dips, airplanes (running with arms out), and some other tae kwon do inspired/doorbreaching excercises. anyone know anything that will bring more pain or soreness than these? or something that you wouldnt think of normally
