What are some 'English Culture' things you do?

I didn't know how to word the question, sorry. For example do you guys wake up super early for work? What time do you eat breakfast at? Lunch? Before or after 12? Dinner? Earlier or later in the evening? I'm not trying to be stalkerish or personal. Sorry if I'm sounding that way. I just am wondering how different the U.S.A is from England.
 
Doesn't Wales,Scotland and N.Ireland count?
england isn't Britain,britain isn't england!
 
talk to other people instead of just to myself!
think alot about anything
find any conversation a cover for a more fun(funny) way of life!
