What are some easy ways to tone up before March 10th?

So, my 15th birthday's March 18th, and I'm having a pool party in a hotel. Obviously being the birthday girl, I want to attract the most attention and look the best (and especially since I might invite this guy I've really liked for a while). I want to know a few short and simple machine-free exercises I can do to get a toned stomach, butt, and legs-especially so I don't look like a ball of lard while sitting since I have mad fat rolls and my legs and butt spread out pretty far when sitting. My schedules pretty packed, so there's no time to run or get too into it-I barely even get enough sleep. :/ I'm about average, but I want a hot body rather than a normal one. I've tried dieting, but it's too hard since I always have junk food in my house and no control over it, being that I don't buy the food and my mom doesn't want me to diet. We're really Italian so she doesn't want me to get skinny, ya know? Please please PLEASE help a girl out!(:
