What are some easy asian (chinese mostly) foods to cook up?

I just moved and the only market near me is a chinese supermarket. I usually just cook up spaghetti, french toast, mac n cheese, grilled cheese sandwich, and lots of tuna sandwiches when I cook with food from Safeway. I visited the chinese market and was pretty much lost and confused, I looked around and alot of stuff looked tasty, but I really had no idea how easy or hard some of these things are to cook, as you can probably guess, I am not a talented cook. I like simple things, any asian versions of the crap I eat? I am very open to new tastes, ive eatem bugs before and liked it.

Peanut stir fry

1 can bamboo shoots
1 can water chesnuts
3 stick chopped celery
1 cooked and chopped chicken breast
a bottel of peanut sauce ( I get mine at target, I am sure your asin market has a yummy one too)

steam bamboo shoots, water chesnuts and celery for about 5 mins, add in chopped chicken and pour in desired amount of peanut sauce and stir. heat thru and serve over rice.
Add in some peanuts at the end too for some added crunch
So easy, and sooo good.

Great textures!!

I'm not a great chef either, but it not to hard to make chinese dishes. Easiest thing to cook is probably fried rice. Chinese dishes never follow a certain amount, so u don't have to worry about how much grams of salt, and what to put first. Simply steam the rice, and add w/e you want in it. I normally get a pack of frozen veggies things and then put it in. Also make some scrambled eggs and maybe chopped up ham. Have some green onion and garlic for taste. Maybe a bit of salt. Dump it into a pan, fry it good and done. Really simple.

Another simple dish and really asian imo, is egg and tomatoes (no idea what to call it) just simply make scrambled eggs, and add tomatoes in it. Done ! Haha.

Hope it helped~ Enjoy your meal =)
