Veggie Stir Fry
2 boneless skinnless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
2 T minced garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
5 carrots. chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
frozen corn
frozen peas
honey
ginger
lite soy sauce
1-2 cans water chestnuts
1 can baby corn
Saute chicken in olive oil with garlic and onion. When that is browned, add the carrots and celery. Cook for about 5-8 minutes. Add broccoli. Cover. Add seasonings (honey, ginger, soy sauce). Add frozen veggies (as much as you wish). Add the drained canned chestnuts and baby corn. Adjust the honey, soy sauce, and ginger to taste. Add some cumin for a wonderful flavor. I add tons lol.
Serve with brown rice.
OMG! This is my alltime favorite veggie stirfry! It is HEAVEN! I swear I could eat the whole bowl full!
or you could just bake a cake with cake mix.
Eat raw pumkin from a can but add some cream cheese and/or instant vanilla pudding yum!
Grilled cheese and tomato soup with oyster cracker
Egg sandwich:
2 slices bread
1-2 eggs
ketchup
1 slice american cheese
Mix the egg well. Cook it like an omelet. Put ketchup on the bread. Add cheese on bread. Then the egg. You can toast the bread too. This is delicious sandwich!
