backflip was fun for me, especially the first times i did it on solid ground and not on a trampoline. you have to perfect it on a trampoline first though, or you dont know what youre getting yourself into. jumping off the roof and falling into a roll like parachuters.
taking an old kids wagon and riding it down a steep hilly street.
ramping bikes into a pool or lake
 
Buy some sodium chlorate weedkiller, mix it 70%/30% with sugar, and pack it into confined spaces before lighting it. Best use a long fuse or you'll blow your hand off :-)
