If you are talking about the earliest settled, nationalized, and remaining civilizations that were never another..

Then I'd say Greece, Italy (Rome), Egypt, Persians (Iraq), China, India.

Your question is too broad, but I've answered which civilizations were the earliest and still remaining. If I were to answer your actual question, then I'd name all of the countries on earth right now, and except the remaining tribal people.
