what are some cheap garden or outdoor wedding spots in so cal?

I live in chino and am having my reception at my in-laws in Ontario. I want a cheap beautiful place to just have my wedding ceremony (preferably outdoors). it has to be nearby , within 15 miles or so of Ontario.
