I just moved to Edmonton, and want to get my hair dyed (foils) blond and a cut. My hair is currently brown. I had a regular hair salon I went to in my old town but Im nervous about where to go now that I dont have someone i know and trust. I want somewhere afforable and good at what they do? Any Suggestions? Thanks
