what are some basic foods to eat?

i want to lose weight/stretch marks.

its VERY hard to eat right when i eat so many good foods.
but i am gettin gut and stretch marks keep coming
i hate it. HELP?!

what are some foods i can put it and foods i cant take out.
i dont like tomatos, celery and MUCH MORE.
i am kind of a picky eater when it comes to healthy foods also.
