What are some 12" subs that will really bump, but dont use much wattage?

Well i was thinking about buying some subs, but i dont have much money. So i was looking for some subwoofers that dont go that high in wattage because usually they will be cheaper. But will still bump and rattle. Any info?
 
Go to the flea market they usually have knock-offs that are cheap but good in sound quality.
 
well subway has some good ones :D umm or maybe a local sub shop? i know wall-mart has subs (i know this wasn't what u were talking about it but i couldn't resist :D) sorry i was no help....
