What are preps stereo typed as and why?

Rich successful people who run the companies that will one day give you a minimum wage job so you can support your meth habit and make your payments on your trailer park home.
 
It depends.

High school type prep:
-Snobby
-Spoiled
-Rich
-Wears Hollister/related stores
-Blonde hair
-Ditzy

Original prep stereotype:
-Classy/sophisticated
-Attends a "prep" school
-Comes from a wealthy family
-Conservative
-Good manners/proper
 
They are stereotyped as
-fake.
-conceited.
-bitchy.
-rich.
-snobs.
-spend more money on clothes and Accessories, than most people spend on a car.
-two faced.
-pretty.


yeahh. it sucks.
i don't know why people sterotype them like that. Probably because they actually don't know them, they are only judging off apperence. and not who they really are.
