What are Paintball Laser Games?

I was recently on Facebook and they had a video of people trying out what looked like a laser tag system attached to a Tippmann 98. This seems like a good idea for those who want to play around the house, but what is it really. How do you get out and how does the whole system work? Anybody heard of this or am I the only one, if you have heard of it can you tell me where I can find this product.
