Is it right for an inspecter to tell me "I am going to interview a few of my employees, and if you have a problem with what they tell me - I will be your worst nightmare" > I am an honest small business owner, who has a good standing relationship with all my employees. I thought he talked down at me like I was a criminal. I did have a few violations he found during inspection. They were not intentional- More ignorance of the law. I still dont think a state labor inspecter has the right to be an out right ---hole .
