What are my realistic chances of getting into medical school this cycle?

I was wondering if I had a realistic chance of making it into medical school this year or if I should wait a year to boost my stats.

I am a junior studying molecular biology by the way.

My stats are 3.5 cGPA and 3.33 sGPA. I plan on taking the MCAT this spring.

My extracurriculars include:

Over 150+ hours of volunteering at a hospital
40 hours shadowing a neurologist
60 hours shadowing an orthopedic surgeon
20 hours shadowing a primary care physician

2 years of research

Executive board member of a biology organization at college
Active member of Caducea (Pre-Med society)
Active Member of Night Walk

Supplemental Instructor for freshman chemistry -1 year-present/on going
(Students that attended my sessions scored 1.10 gpa points higher than those who did not attend)

Tutor for Wesley Chapel for one year

Critiques and suggestions on ways to improve would be greatly appreciated

Based on these stats, I am not sure these are good enough to get into a medical school in ohio (my home state)

Thoughts?
