...17 and recently obtained his GED? He was put back in 7th grade. Parents moved around alot so he was constantly changing schools and did not adapt well. His IQ is above average and was on National honor society last 2 years. Was expelled when teacher overheard comment made to friend in class. Rather than going into 10th grade at 18 he decided to complete GED. Trouble is, due to insurance reasons, most employers (even gro. stores and fast food) won't take an application until he is 18 (6 mos). Grandfather is putting pressure on the job situation.
