Ohio to Florida? I have a 5th degree felony. I just had a probation violation in July 2010 I was place on ISP. I need to tranfer to Florida for the sake of my 7 yr old son who resides with his father, my ex husband. My ex and I would like to reconcile. He is willing to to take me in and help support me untill I seek employment. I have asked my probation officer to file the transfer papers and he has denied me this option. What can I do now? What are my options?
