Loans were started over ten years ago,they were increased several times during the next eight years,the ppi went up considerably.I am wondering about my chances as I am in debt management.Also,if i was lucky enough to have my appeal upheld,they would keep the repayment to further reduce my debt to them.I am not complaing at this,as i did borrow from them.Hopefully they may have some flexibility allowing say 20% of the repayment to be refunded immediately for necessary costs. Thank you,hope you can shed a little light on this.
