What are my chances of getting into UCLA or UC Berkeley?

I'm an international student.

My grades before my senior year have been a mix iof As, Bs and Cs.
Ib scores

My predicted grades are:
MathHL-6 (A)
EcoHL-7(A*)
HistHL-6(A)
EngSL-6(A)
BioSL-4(C)
FrenchSL- 5(B)

SAT- M 660 CR 680 WR 640 (1980)

SAT 2- Lit- 630
Math Lv.2- 620

(Awful!)

I am applying for Political Science

I'm also paying full

I have some extracurriculars- Varsity B'ball, Varsity Soccer (captain), Theatre, Newspaper editor in chief, community service and work experience at a 4* hotel in accounting

Apparently the int. student intake has gone up to 20%.
