What are my chances of getting into Northeastern University as a transfer student?

I'm going to be a sophomore in college. I am currently going to the University of Scranton and have a 3.2 GPA. I had mostly B-'s first semester but second semester I got all A's. Do you think I could get into Northeastern? I had a pretty rigorous course schedule, do they take that into consideration? I also have a lot of volunteer experience and work experience. Also, do you have a better chance of getting into a school if you apply for January admission rather than September admission?
