What are my chances of getting into a decent law school with a low LSAT?

My GPA is average (3.17) but I've taken many difficult courses over my undergraduate career. Although I continue to score low (upper 140s) on the LSAT, I did go to a prestigious university. Will any law school consider me? I was thinking about Loyola New Orleans, Charleston law school, Mercer, Ole Miss...
Do people have trouble finding work if they graduate from a low ranking law school?
