What are my chances of being accepted into Miami University of Ohio?

I am attending a top ranked high school in Ohio. I am an Asian minority, I have a 3.5 Cumulative GPA and a 23 on my ACT. I have taken 4 Honors classes and 4 AP classes. I am in Teen Institute, Student Council, and Interact Club. I am also a musically oriented person as I have done marching band, woodwind choir, OMEA solo and ensemble, and flute choir. I have also done some volunteer work. I have one semester left to raise my GPA and get a better test score, but I will have applied before then. I want to apply to Miami early decision, meaning it is the only college I want to go to. Am I up to their standards?

Oops, what I meant to say is public universities (I'm assuming it is one?) are not that selective. If you have the cash, they should take ya. Although 23 ACT is kind of so-so it should be acceptable.
