i have been vegetarian for almost 5 years (18 years old) and have been really successful and going to try vegan again for the second time (last time i tried in the summer and i couldnt resist ice cream because i had read so many bad things on soy so tofutti was not a choice. i am a college kid starting an internship in disney so easy quick cheap recipes area must! not too many foreign ingredients. title and author or link to a amazon page and why you like the book would be helpful! thank you so much!
