What are High Flash point and Low Flash point solvents? Difference?

Solvents in the printing industry if possible.
what do you mean by high and low, please elaborate?
What happens if the fumes from the solvents are not properly extracted. how will it effect humans
 
the flash point is the temperature at which they will combust a low flash point will ignite at a low temperature and a high flash point will ignite at a much greater temp
