What are groups, peoples, cultures, are having their human rights abused? ?

It's very subjective, because first you have to determine what constitutes "human rights" (which is subjective and debatable). It's complex. But basically, it's open to any group to claim they're being prevented from exercising a right they're entitled to. For example, in Australia, I can claim that I should have a right not to vote (but here we have compulsory voting).
 
how about if you give me 2 groups, cultures or whatsoever that are not abused their human rights..we all know that in every corner of this world people rights are being abused..
