I'm joining track and the track is like dirt so i don't want spikes so are there any good shoes for short distance running?(100m,220m,400m) I want basically a sprinting shoe but no spikes, so like i want only rubber on the bottom. It seems like shoes without spikes are always for long distance i want a running shoe good for short distance.(really cheap ones, the cheaper the better)I usually run long distance like marathons and stuff so i don't know much about this. plz name some specific names not just "Nike" and thank you very much!
What are good sprinting shoes that dont have spikes and are not too pricey?
