Depends on your build atm, I personally love Soccer and Australian Rules Football. But there are a range of activities that are dubbed as sports, try dancing or boxing/martial arts, they are sports that are great for the body and muscle building. Find one that you love, if you don't like a sport no matter how good it is for you you won't end up doing it, you could love Hackey Sack which isn't that active and lose more weight "playing" that than if you did soccer because you'd practice your hackey sack more.
