My arms now measured cold are a lttle over 17.5 and after I workout they are over 18, I would love any advice to get them where they would be 18 without a pump. I have tried a lot of diffrent things. Any more advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I do alot of diffrent stuff.
I try "shocking " my muscles alot. I used to think that the close hand grip bench did good for my tri's, and concentration curls for my biceps. I have been lifting for about 8 years, I just can't get over this giant hurdle. I don't take supplements at all. Maybe I should try some....who knows?
