What are good manga websites for discussing manga and find good recommendations (not online reading)?

First of all, I'm not looking for websites for reading manga. I can find those easily. I'm also mostly opposed to them anyway.

I'm mostly interested in the literary and artistic value of manga. I don't really care for what's popular right now, because I have been reading manga for a long time. Reading generic action/fantasy manga became terribly boring for me years ago. That's why I'm looking for an intelligent manga website where I can find serious, intellectual discussions on manga.
