I know that you should eat around 2 hours before acually excersing and that you limit how much you eat. But I am not sure what foods would be a really good choice that will give me energy and that are just typically good before running. Lately. I have had some turkey, fiber bar, and fruit juice but i'd like to change it up a bit? any ideas?? lol and if you happen to have any good weight loss tips or muscle building tips you could throw that in too. I am 5.6 and weigh 150 (15 years old). Thx! Much aprrieciated!
