What are good foods that are healthy and boost up energy?

I am tired like all them time i go to bed at 9:00 and wake up at 6:30 on school days and on week ebds i go to bed at 9:00 and wait up at 8:30-9:00 idk why im so tired and i have dark circles under my eyes i get plenty of sleep so what are good to booat up my energy oh and im 14 almost 15 and a girl please help
