I'm 5ft9 and a size 8/10 on top and a size 12 on bottom. I'm slim and have a flat stomach and good legs but I have quite a bit of fat on the back and side of my hips.
I do a lot of cardio as part of my day-to-day routine (I walk between 2-4 miles everyday and a lot of this is up or down hill!) but this isn't helping me shift any weight off that problem area!
If there are any that tone up the bum as well, that'd be great! Thanks.
