I can do about 70 situps at one time. Then I can do that about 2 or 3 times a day. I am starting to see definition but not any in the lower abdomen. I just would like to know what would show some definition and power in the lower abs. I know this is kind of wierd but my right abs is deep and define but my left middle abs are just barely showing. The more abs I do, The right abs get more define and deep but my left abs are just still barely showing. My upper abs are starting to be define and getting bigger.. but mainly just the lower and the left middle abs are weak. I need help, Best different types of exercises for lower and middle (left) (right) abs. Best answer will get 10 points
