What are all the requirements and information i need to start/complete Drivers ed in

Oregon and what hours? I am 16 and i dont have a car, i have a permit in Oregon and i want to get an insurance deduction because my family is poor, what do you do in drivers ed and how many hours do i have to do driving/work etc. If anyone has been in a class tell me exactly what the atmosphere is and how things work. I need to get this done as QUICKLY as possible so keep that in mind. Thanks guys
