I remember watching a very bloody anime movie similar to Ninja Scroll, but the only key event i remember from this anime is a little girl that was holding a glowing ball and she did something with that ball that killed alot of people. I've searched everywhere for this and help would be much obliged for anyone who knows what im talking about.
