This is driving me crazy, there was an anime that aired on SciFi(I think) a while back that like every episode was in a different universe. The two main characters where a boy and a girl. The girl was flat chested and this was made fun of a lot, in one episode they where fighting each other with like tanks and she wasn't flat chested. And then in one episode a bunch of naked girls combined to make a vehicle, which if I remember right was a car.
