I have a head deck which is PANASONIC which is a 180rms deck.
I also have 2 kenwood 8" subs that have a maximum of 400 watts each. I also have two 10" Rockford Fosgate Punch Z, not sure the watts for these, but my guess would be 300 watts maximum each.
I would like to spend somewhere close to $150 or less on the amp. I do have a 400 watt amp 2 channel which i got for free, but im looking to power all of the subs with one amp if possible.
I was planning on getting an amplifier from overstock.com. I saw many 2000watt and even 1000 watt amps for less then 150 or in that money range.

U got to read the small print on these amps u saw. any company can put 1000 or 2000 watt on their product. most people dont understand this. u take a 1500 watt BOSS amp and put it up against my KICKER 350, and ill stomp its ass. when reading the fine print u will see that it says 1500 watts X 23 volts. Meaning that ur car has to put out 23 volts to get the power u were promised out that amp. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.. cars are 12 volt systems. Alpine makes a really good 4 way amp, as well as kicker. U might want to spend a little more. Stay away from all those to good to be true amps, this includes the wal mart brand sony X ploid. they suck
