What Amp Should I get?

I am getting two 12" Infinity subs that run each at a 1000w peak/ 300w RMS at 8ohms (best buy says 2ohms or 8ohms [not sure what that really means]). Also the site says that they have a dual voice coil (not sure if it matters). I dont really have a limit on my budget as i work at best buy (sweet discounts!!). So, any help that anyone could offer would be awesome!
