What amp should i get for Rockford Fosgate 12" Punch P3 4-Ohm?

Either a specific amp, preferably rockford fosgate or just how the specifications. The one i have now is two small
i think thats the amp i have now. The people at teh shop told me my speakers could take alot more power. Is that not true?
 
iono get the cheapest amp u can find with the a lil more watt rms then the sub
