What american university is best to get into for foreigners?

Even though I'm only 15 years old, it doesn't hurt to think about the future, right?:P
Well, the situation is: I'm in Iceland, and when the time comes, I want to go to an american university, and after that live in america. What university would be best for me to go to? I would preferably want to be in areas like L.A. or Miami if possible. And wouldn't it be possible for me to get a grant from a university?
 
typically it is hard for even americans to get into universities! I live in California and know this for a fact (and it cost a lot too) but really it depends what subject or major you are best at and what that college offers.
