I have tapered from 2 whole pills every day of Sub beginning in May to 1 2mg film once a day. I want to jump off but not sure the best way to do it. Should I cut my 2mg film in half and do that for awhile and then do the every other day thing? Just not looking forward to withdrawals...as no one is. It's strange that after all I've been through already that the one little jump scares me. Anyway, any advice?
